Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Go To AI Market (“GTAIM”) service, including Academy, Client Portal, and related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Description of Service

GTAIM provides an invite-only platform for AI training, consulting deliverables, and related services. Access is granted through invitation links from your organisation or from GTAIM directly.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account or credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software provided through the platform are owned by or licensed to GTAIM. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your internal purposes as part of your organisation's engagement with GTAIM.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTAIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation for the applicable services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Your organisation may also request removal of your access. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes where practicable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
